JOB DESCRIPTION:

  1. Educate and sell church members on the products and services distributed by the ministry.
  2. Receive and process Saturation Mailing orders.
  3. Oversee maintenance and management of ministry constituent databases.
  4. Oversee and manage processing of donations.
  5. Maintain accounting records, including bank reconciliation, deposits, bill pay, and necessary reporting.
  6. Receive and respond to phone, email and mail inquiries and orders.
  7. Assist with content and development of websites, newsletters, and social media.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Applicants must have a good comprehension of the message and mission of Seventh-day Adventist Church. They must possess good time management skills, oral and written communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to work independently. They must be proficient in computer word processing, accounting, and database software.
