PROJECT: Steps to Christ is a Seventh-day Adventist laymen's ministry dedicated to proclaiming the Three Angels' message in support of the church's worldwide mission.

We have been working with the Church for over 37 years, including its local unions, conferences, congregations, and individual members.

God has blessed our mission to reach the more than 128 million homes in America through the power of the printed page, combined with the agency of the US mail.

To date we have reached over 19,000,000 homes across the US, including the entire states of Alaska, Wyoming, South Dakota, and Vermont, and the cities of Chicago, Washington DC, San Francisco, and Oakland.

Over 150,000 requests for free Bible studies and other literature have been made. Millions of seeds have been sown. Thousands of lives have been changed.

This mission has been made "POSSIBLE" by the grace of God working through the faithful support and prayers of His people.

This is a project that EVERY church and EVERY believer needs to be involved in. It is easy to use, inexpensive, and best of all, effective.

Our Mission:
PROJECT: Steps to Christ is a Seventh-day Adventist laymen's ministry instituted and designed to provide the opportunity for every home in America to have the gospel message delivered to their door.

We are a registered 501(c)(3) charitable organization and a supporting ministry of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. We have been working with thousands of Seventh-day Adventist Churches across the United States for over 37 years in the distribution of Steps to Christ and other truth-filled literature. Our staff actively supports their local churches with their ministry gifts, tithe and offerings. We have been a member of Adventist Laymen’s Services and Industries (ASI) for over 18 years.

Our History
PROJECT: Steps to Christ was founded in Illinois during the early 1970s by Jim and Connie Barclay. Jim was inspired with the idea to place a Steps to Christ in every home in America directly through the mail. In 1976 the project launched its first major campaign to reach all of Chicago.
