PROJECT: Steps to Christ has set up a user account with Acculeads that you can use to get the residential counts you need for ordering your Saturation Mailing. This data provides the same accurate counts we normally provide when you call or write our office with the exception of the cost of your mailing. You can calculate the total cost of your mailing by multiplying your residential counts by 57 cents (see rates).

Please keep in mind that you should only use this site and its services to acquire ZIP code data and NOT to place an order for the actual mailing list needed for your Saturation Mailing. We will be renting the list for you at a substantial discount to what is available to you.

To take advantage of the search features of the www.acculeads.com site, you must log in using our user ID and password:

ID: PROJECTSTC

Once you have logged in, select the ADVO Residential and Business Occupants link on the left menu bar.

If you simply need to find out how many homes are in your ZIP code, select the Zip5 option. On the main screen, you will then type in the specific ZIP code(s) you need residential counts for and then hit the Update Counts button above it. The number of homes in that ZIP code will then appear where the Update Counts button appeared.

To receive a report showing the carrier route breakdown, hit the Count Report button at the bottom of the left menu.

On the main screen, select Distributed as the type of report you would like to view. Then select Carrier Route in the Geography Sections. For E-mail options, choose the report format you would like to receive and your e-mail address (this is important). Otherwise, by default, it will be sent to PROJECT: Steps to Christ. Finally hit the Get Count Report button. The report will be e-mailed to you. You will be given a chance to view the report online after you hit this button and export the file again in different formats.

There are many other excellent lookup features to this program, including counts by Counties, Carrier Routes, Radius, and a Mapping program that allows you to find out where routes are in a given ZIP code; so please take time to explore these options.
